Victor is CFO for “Armour Secure Insurance & Escrow “before known as “Fidelity National Title de Mexico” a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF). Prior to joining Fidelity he was CFO for Assured Guaranty (FSA) de Mexico for 3 years, a monoliner specialized to insure infrastructure and bonds issued around the world. He was responsible to open the get Licensed for the Mexico office as an insurance company being the first mono liner specialized Insurances Company in Mexico. Victor had worked in top companies like HSBC, MAPFRE, QBE being in charge of the financial, administrative and regulatory areas. He has expertise in Accounting, Budget and Planning, Taxes and regulatory matter.

He Received his undergraduate degree as CPA from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), his studies also includes specialization at ITAM and ITESM in Planning, Taxes, Information Systems and corporate finances. He had participated as a board member in the Mexican Insurance Association (AMIS), also as an advisor for insurances companies.
