Lucia is the General Counsel and Escrow Director for “Armour Secure Insurance & Escrow “.” before known as “Fidelity National Title de Mexico” a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF). Prior to her practice in insurance law and opening the escrow department in Fidelity, Lucia practiced real estate law for 8 years. She was General Counsel at BCBA (Now Abilia) a mayor Real Estate Residential and Commercial Developer in Mexico.

For 4 years she was an associate in Baker & Mckenzie in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice Group in Monterrey, Mexico.

She started her career practicing real estate law with the mayor industrial developer in Monterrey. She received her LLM Degree from St Mary’s University in Texas and he law degree from the Universidad de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico with a thesis award from the Human Rights National Commission. She has completed several courses in Civil Law, Notarial Law and Real Estate Law.
